This program is for anyone who is a diabetic. It will allow you to track many different health related items. Such as:

1) Hemoglobin A1C Test
2) Systolic Blood Pressure
3) Diastolic Blood Pressure
4) Carbohydrates intake
5) Exercise
6) Glucose Readings
7) Body Total Measurements
8) Triglycerides Readings
9) Protein Readings
10) Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) Cholesterol Readings
11) High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) Cholesterol Readings

With this program you can graph these different readings for any given time period. This will give an overall picture of how well you are doing in maintaining a healthy life. Once you have created a graph it can then be printed. You can use this as a comparison or bring it to your doctor when going for checkups.

The program also allows for you to print out selected records with highest reading, lowest reading and average reading for the selected items. These records would be displayed in a grid. By printing out the selected records you can also bring this to your doctor when going for checkups.

These records can be selected by date when taken as well as by time when taken. Such as:

1) Before Breakfast
2) After Breakfast
3) After Lunch
4) After Dinner
5) At Other Time
6) At Bedtime

This will allow you to get a good look at what is happening at different times of the day.

Another form in the program is the pill medication form. On this form you will enter the medication that you currently take for diabetes. Such as:

2) Dosage taken
3) Quantity taken
4) When taken

This information can also be printed out.

There is also a health care form. In this form you will enter information related to health care providers. Such as:

2) Eye Doctor

For each of the above listed you can maintain information such as:

With all this you will be able to monitor your glucose and overall health on a continual basis. It also gives you the ability to call up information easily.

You can add information to all or you can add information only to the forms that you wish to use. The program has been made so that you can use the forms independent of each other.
